FBP LLC helps U.S. companies scale capacity with less risk—through structured nearshoring, operator-grade recruiting, and delivery processes that protect quality.

Leadership & Expertise
FBP was founded by Jim Griffin, a nearshoring and delivery operator with 25+ years of experience building and managing teams across Latin America for U.S.-based agencies, SaaS companies, and service businesses.
Jim’s background spans Advertising & Marketing, SaaS, Software Engineering, QA, and Creative Production (design, video, and related execution teams). That mix matters. Nearshoring isn’t a generic “talent” problem—it’s a workflow and accountability problem. The job is making distributed work perform reliably under deadlines, not just filling seats.
Over the years, Jim has worked on both sides of the table: leading internal delivery teams and partnering with outside vendors. That experience shapes how FBP operates today—practical role definitions, realistic screening, clear communication standards, and operational rhythms that reduce churn and prevent the “we hired fast and now we’re stuck” scenario.
Note: Specific client names, project details, and proprietary outcomes are not published publicly due to confidentiality. References may be shared during a qualified sales process when appropriate.
Why FBP
Most nearshoring failures aren’t caused by a lack of talent. They’re caused by sloppy structure: vague roles, weak screening, rushed onboarding, unclear ownership, and “hope-based” delivery.
FBP exists to make nearshoring repeatable. We focus on the parts that actually determine outcomes: role clarity, partner quality, vetting standards, onboarding, and ongoing execution support when needed.
- Operator-led: We build teams the way working businesses actually run—around output, deadlines, and accountability.
- Process-first: The goal isn’t hiring fast. The goal is shipping work consistently without chaos.
- Partner-vetted: We work through established partners and vetted pipelines in LATAM—not random sourcing.
- Quality protected: Screening is structured. Expectations are documented. Delivery is measurable.
Partners & Platforms
We work with a network of vetted nearshore partners, regional recruiting pipelines, and delivery support resources across Latin America. The goal is simple: reliable access to talent without the hiring roulette.
Our partners help support:
- Talent sourcing and screening (role-specific pipelines)
- Compliance and contracting support (where applicable)
- Payroll and local HR infrastructure (country-dependent)
- Team enablement and operations support
On the platform side, FBP is tool-agnostic. We plug into whatever your team already uses—project management, documentation, comms, time tracking, reporting—and we’ll recommend improvements only when it helps execution.
How We Work
Engagements typically start with a scoping call. We clarify roles, success metrics, budget ranges, and the working model (staff augmentation, dedicated teams, or recruiting + vetting). From there, we source, screen, and support onboarding so your team can get productive without a long ramp.
If you need ongoing support, we can also help establish delivery rhythms: check-ins, reporting, quality gates, and accountability structures—especially helpful when nearshoring is new to your org.
